This Shipping Policy describes the shipping practices for orders placed throughhttps://aminohack.com. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be subject to additional restrictions, surcharges, or unavailability; contact support@aminohack.com to confirm before ordering. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing
- Cutoff Time. While many orders received before 2:00 PM MST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day, all orders are subject to a processing period of up to one (1) business day (24 hours) before shipment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed and shipped within one (1) business day following the next business day.
- Verification. Orders may be held for additional verification, including identity, age,payment, or research-use confirmation. We will contact you if additional information is required, and unresolved verifications may result in cancellation.
- Availability. All shipments are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and either ship the remainder,place the order on backorder, or issue a credit at your election.
3. Carriers, Methods, and Transit Times
We ship via FedEx. The method (s) available to you are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard: 2-3 business days
Estimated transit times are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Amino Hack LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by weather, mechanical failure, labor action,customs, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. Promotional shipping offers (e.g., free shipping above a stated threshold) apply only as expressly stated and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
5. Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, secure packaging designed to protect product integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive products, where applicable, are packaged in accordance with their stability profile; you are solely responsible for proper handling and storage upon receipt.
6. Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update with the carrier.
7. Title and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are made of FOB origin (UCC § 2-319): title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes signature confirmation and insurance for high-value orders.
8. Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, misdelivery, or loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Address corrections requested after dispatch may incur carrier-imposed fees and re-shipment charges, which are the Customer’s responsibility.
9. Refused, Undeliverable, and Returned Shipments
Packages refused at delivery, returned as undeliverable, or unclaimed will be processed under ourReturn Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the Customer is responsible for any return-to-sender fees and re-shipment charges, which may be deducted from any credit issued.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must notify us atsupport@aminohack.com within the timeframes set out in our Return Policy, with your order number, tracking number, and clear photographs of the package, label, and contents (if damaged).We will investigate with the carrier and, upon verification, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion, subject to product availability.
11. Hazardous Materials and Carrier Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to carrier-specific hazardous-material restrictions or surface-only shipping requirements. We may, in our discretion, substitute the shipping method indicated at checkout to comply with such restrictions, without additional charge to you.
